Wondering what to do with the left overs from your pumpkin?

As Halloween is in a coupleand Thanksgiving is in couple of days, you may be tired of eating pumpkin soup or pies.

Here is a great alternative of what to do with any left overs you may have.

The Pumpkin mask is a great way to get your skin prepped for the party season, with great natural exfoliating properties it will leave your skin glowing and fresh faced.  Pumpkins are also rich in vitamins, minerals, zinc, fiber, omega 3 & 6  which will give your skin a great hydratying boost, brighten the skin, calm breakouts and soften appearance of fine lines and sun damaged skin giving you the perfect glow for the pre festive season.

Despite making their guest appearance at halloween pumpkins should be treasured all year round as a fantastic health and beauty booster.

A quick  and easy recipe which you can make up in 10 minutes Ingredients:
Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh pumpkin pulp
4 pineapple chunks
2 eggs
2 teaspoon almond milk (for dry or combo skin)
1 teaspoon honey (for dry skin)
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or cranberry juice (if you have oily skin)
Preparation:
Purée the fresh pumpkin pulp, seeds and pineapple chunks into a thick paste.
Add in the eggs (this acts as a binder).
For dry skin add in the omega-rich almond milk and the honey.
Or For oilier complexions, instead stir in apple cider vinegar or cranberry juice.
Mix well.
Apply the mask, leaving it on for 15-20 minutes, depending on your skin sensitivity.
Rinse with cool water and moisturize as usual.

  2. Thank you for your comment. I recently changed the theme and haven’t heard any bad feedback so far but what I did notice the other from using a different computer that the picture does take up a lot of space so when you change pages you won’t know until you scroll down as you just see the picture so will have to correct that soon. I just use the themes from WordPress which is simple to use so unfortunately I don’t know too much about web design I am quite new to this.
