Massage treatments

Monique has also been a qualified massage therapist for more than ten years and has worked in many gyms in and around the City. This has involved working with professional personal trainers which has increased her knowledge of muscle problems from sport injuries.

All the massage treatments include Swedish massage, pressure point stimulation, deep muscle work, and lymphatic drainage. Your massage can be tailor-made to suit your individual requirements and treating areas of concern. A blend of essential oils will be used which will leave your skin feeling nourished and refreshed.
